You can request access, correction, deletion, objection or account closure for your Astrofes account or personal data.
Send your request to destek@astrofes.com. Using the email registered to your account helps verification.
Additional verification may be required for account security. Requests for another person's account or data are not processed.
Profile, saved birth details, user-saved chart/city/intention data and support requests can be reviewed. Security and legal records may be retained for a limited time.
Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period according to their scope and any required identity verification. No exact day, month or year is promised.
After deletion, some personal records may not be recoverable. Users should be informed before completion.
