This policy applies to the Astrofes website and Android/iOS mobile app, including account, astrology, tarot, coffee, Premium, credit and support experiences.

Email, name, profile and birth details, coordinates, relationship or city comparison inputs, symbolic reading intentions, cup photos selected for coffee readings, device and usage records, credit history and Apple/Google store transaction identifiers may be processed. Payment-card data does not reach Astrofes.

Birth date, time, place and other astrology-analysis inputs are processed by the protected Astrofes Kozmik system to prepare the relevant result and reading experience.

Account details and email address are used for account creation, session security, password reset, profile management and user support.

Necessary cookies run the site, protect sessions and remember language and cookie preferences. Analytics cookies operate only after explicit consent and can be changed later.

Hosting, security, technical infrastructure, email, error monitoring and consent-based analytics services may be used. Mobile payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. A cup photo is transferred to secure analysis infrastructure only for the coffee reading started by the user.

Astrofes uses access control, secure connections, monitoring, limited permissions and necessary technical measures for account and transaction security.

Account, birth profile, saved report and credit history are retained according to account activity and applicable security or legal needs. Cup photos are limited to the time needed to produce the requested reading and are not used as a permanent gallery. Deletion requests can follow /legal/data-deletion.

Astrofes is for users aged 16 and over. Users under 16 should not use the service.
