Practice flow
  1. Add a small pinch of salt to water.
  2. Wet your hands and gently wipe your wrists.
  3. Repeat: I release what is not mine.
  4. Open a window and use lavender if you wish.
  5. Relax your shoulders and take three slow breaths.
